SHIPPING, RETURNS, & WARRANTY

Shipping Policy

All products shipped via USPS. We currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We will only ship to your billing address.

There is no option to expedite; orders will be made and shipped in the order they are received, or by batches depending on the product. Standard lead times are 1-3 weeks. Lead times may vary depending on product availability and time of year.

Boomstick Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they have been delivered to or picked up by USPS. Please file any claim with USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of our Kydex products and accessories in new condition. Please email msommers@boomstickgear.com with the order number and brief reason for return. You will be given instructions on where to return the item(s). Upon receipt and review of the product you will be issued a refund.

If you order a Kydex product and wish to return the belt attachment, the entire product must be returned in new condition. We will not accept returns of belt attachments if they have been attached or removed outside of our manufacturing facility.

Warranty

Boomstick Gear holsters are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Use our holsters as a holster, train hard with them, and if they break we will cover it under warranty.

Push yourself and your equipment. If your holster breaks as you perform the perfect slide into your shooting position on that flat range, with the paper targets laying down heavy fire, all for the perfect social media post; send us a warranty request and we'll get you back to defeating the cardboard enemy asap.

Holsters are not warrantied against intentional misuse or negligent abuse. Things like driving over your holster to test its ability to retain shape, are not covered. Any modification will void the warranty.
